These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
